Tamil Trading Education ("we", "us", "our") collects only the information you choose to share with us — such as your name, phone number and email address — when you fill an inquiry or enrollment form on this website, or contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, provide course and batch details, process enrollment requests, and share relevant community or market-update communications you have opted into. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
This website may use standard analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve site performance. No personally identifiable information is sold based on this data.
Live market data on this website is provided via embedded TradingView widgets. TradingView may process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in accordance with its own privacy policy, independent of Tamil Trading Education.
We retain inquiry and enrollment information only as long as necessary to respond to you and maintain accurate business records. Enquiry and contact information may be deleted where it is no longer needed and where there is no reason we need to retain it. Indicator orders are different. When you purchase the Dynamic Support & Resistance Indicator, we may retain order, payment, refund, activation and support records, including the information associated with the order, for as long as reasonably necessary to verify payments, resolve payment or access disputes, maintain accurate business records and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Certain transaction and audit records may therefore not be deleted on request while they are required for these purposes.

Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on PayU's own secure payment page. We do not collect or store your card details, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials; we receive only the payment result and reference details.

WhatsApp is a communication channel, not part of our payment or access system. We do not use the WhatsApp Business API, and our servers do not send your data to WhatsApp. After a verified payment, the website may open a WhatsApp chat on your own device with a message already written for you, which can include your name, email, phone number, order reference, plan, amount and payment reference. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send that message. Messages you send or receive on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
